Congratulations on receiving your deliverance
Here are the details of your 3-day Fast
For day 1, you are only supposed to have just fruit and water. till dinner time. Eat as much fruit as you want to. No limitations.
For Day 2, you are skipping breakfast and lunch. No water until afternoon. Note that the day starts at Midnight.
For Day 3, you may resume your normal schedule, but please dedicate one
hour for prayers.
Day 1
Please this prayer has to be at least an hour. Bible Reading- Ephesians 6
Worship for 10 minutes. you may use youtube or something to help you
last that long
Prayer
– Father, please help me not to become my own enemy. (This means me
doing things that further draw me away from God)
– Oh Lord, please stop every work of the enemy in my life in Jesus name
-Lord please enable me to walk in holiness at all times
– Father, please help me to have a heart of forgiveness at all times in
Jesus name
– I pray in the name of Jesus that I may experience the love of
Christ,
– I pray in the name of Jesus that i will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
– Father, I pray that You fill me with the knowledge of Your will
through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.
– I pray in the name of Jesus that I may be filled with the full deep
and clear knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and in
understanding and discernment of spiritual things
– I pray in the name of Jesus that I may walk and live and conduct
myself in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to You, Lord, and
desiring to please You, Lord, in all things.
– I pray in the name of Jesus that I bear fruit in every good work and
steadily grow and increase in and by the knowledge of God—with fuller,
deeper and clearer insight.

5. Lord, please show yourself strong and mighty in my life in Jesus name
6. Oh Lord, please let me not give room to the enemy anymore.
7. Lord Jesus, help me to trust you in times of weakness
8. Lord, like David, help me learn how to praise you in the storm
9. Lord please let nothing take me away from your presence.
10. Lord, please help me not to lean on my own understanding.

Prayer 1
Think about things you are thankful for and bless the name of the Lord,
praise him ~ 3 minutes or so
Father, please stretch forth your healing hands upon my body in Jesus
name
Jesus, I pray that every promise you have made to me come to pass in my
life in Jesus name
Father, please show me your plans for my life in Jesus’ name.
Lord, please remove any stumbling block in my path in Jesus name
Lord, help me know how to respond to people who want to know you or draw
closer to you in Jesus name
More time of worship (10 minutes) See if the Lord will stir you to pray
in tongues
Father, let your spirit quicken every part of my body in Jesus name
– Lord I ask that You give me spiritual wisdom and insight so that you
might grow in my knowledge of God.
– I pray that my heart will be flooded with light so that I can
understand the confident hope God has given to those He called.
– I pray that I will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power
for me who believes in Him.
– I pray that from God’s glorious, unlimited resources, I am empowered
with inner strength through His Spirit.
– Lord Jesus Christ, make my heart your home as I trust in you.
– I pray in the name of Jesus that my roots will grow down into God’s
love and keep me strong.
– I pray in the name of Jesus that I may have the power to understand,
how wide, how long, how high, and how deep God’s love is.

Prayer 2
Father, help me constantly yield myself to your spirit.
Lord, please help me to continually be a blessing to people around me.
Lord, please continue to give me wisdom as I deal with and show love to
people that do not know Jesus.
Lord show me how to put on your spiritual armor.

More time of worship (5 minutes) See if the Lord will stir you to pray
in tongues
Father, please help me live a life of full surrender to you.
Lord, please help me see when you are working in my life and what you
are doing.
Lord, please let my life continually show your grace to everyone around
me.
Bible reading: PSALMS 100 (Praise the Lord, trusting Him with the outcome of everything).
Day 3
1-hour prayer
Please this prayer has to be at least an hour.
Worship for 10 minutes. you may use youtube or something to help you
last that long
Prayer session 1 (Insight) each prayer should last approximately 3
minutes.
– Father, open your eyes that I may see wondrous things out of your word
– Oh Lord, disassociate my present from my past in Jesus name
– Lord I cancel every negative thing said against me in Jesus name
– Father let anyone who has any grudge against me forgive me in Jesus
name.
– Lord I ask that You give me spiritual wisdom and insight so that you
might grow in my knowledge of God.
– I pray that my heart will be flooded with light so that I can
understand the confident hope God has given to those He called.
– I pray that I will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power
for me who believes in Him.
– I pray that from God’s glorious, unlimited resources, I am empowered
with inner strength through His Spirit.
Bible reading: Jeremiah 17 – and
Ezekiel 37, Philippians 2
Lord, I cancel the effect of the enemy on my life in Jesus name.
Oh Lord, let my light shine in Jesus name
Father shake anything in my foundation contrary to you in Jesus name
Father, please straighten up every narrow ground or patch ahead of me in
Jesus name.
Let not anything distract me from your will in my life in Jesus name
Let me not lag behind among peers in Jesus name
